If you've tried to verify your profile without success, please make sure that you've performed all the necessary steps correctly.
- Submit a selfie, which clearly shows your face and where you hold up a sign with your unique app number. Your selfie without the app number isn't enough.
- Check your spam folder for the verification email if you cannot find it in your inbox.
- Problem with bankID? Try opening the email on a different device, e.g. your computer.
